ABOUT THE CENTRE A Bit of History
In 1950, 32 year-old Osteopath David
Wainwright established the present practice with the help of his wife Elizabeth Joy. David enjoyed what he calls “more than 50 glorious years as an
Osteopath” and devoted himself to continual patient care, providing an
exemplary and outstanding service to his profession. He was given the honour
of being President of the Osteopathic Association of Great Britain in
the 1970s. He
and his generation are highly recognised and greatly admired by today’s
practising Osteopaths for having nurtured the profession from its beginnings
to its present success. The Centre Today
With
the help of 2 dedicated receptionists, Maureen and Beverley, we aim to
provide a high standard of care to the South Yorkshire community. “Our Aim is to Promote
Health and Well-being to Each Individual” |
